1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of 360propertytour.in and to 360° virtual tour photography services provided by 360 Property Tour, operating from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you for a specific project, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting ranges, not fixed quotations. Final pricing depends on property size, location, access, shooting requirements and project scope, and is confirmed in writing before work begins. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.

3. Booking and access

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and you have accepted the quotation. You are responsible for arranging access to the property at the agreed time, and for having the authority to permit photography of that property.

If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, or the property is not in a state where it can reasonably be photographed, we may need to reschedule and charge for the wasted visit.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

• Rescheduling with reasonable notice is not charged for. We will do our best to accommodate a new date.
• Cancellation at short notice, or after we have travelled to the property, may be charged to cover the time and travel committed.
• We may need to reschedule for reasons outside our control, such as severe weather or equipment failure. We will tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date at no extra cost.

5. Delivery and hosting

We will give you a realistic delivery estimate for your specific project when you book. Completed tours are hosted and delivered as a shareable link, together with an embed snippet for your website.

Hosting is included for the period stated in your quotation. After that, hosting can be renewed at the rate shown on our pricing page. If hosting is not renewed, the tour link may stop working — we will contact you before that happens.

6. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quotation or invoice. We may hold delivery of the finished tour until payment has been received in full.

7. Ownership and licence

We retain copyright in the photographs, panoramas and tours we produce. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the tour and its images to market the property in question — on your website, in listings, on your Google presence and in messaging apps.

We may use images from the work in our own portfolio and marketing, and we will ask for your permission first. You can decline, or withdraw permission later.

8. Your responsibilities

• Ensuring you have the right to have the property photographed, including any permission needed from an owner, society or management.
• Removing anything from the space you would not want captured. A 360° camera records the entire room, including areas a conventional photograph would leave out.
• Ensuring people who do not wish to appear in the images are not present during the shoot.

9. What we do not promise

We provide a professional visual marketing service. We do not guarantee that a 360° tour will result in a sale, a rental, a specific number of enquiries, or any particular commercial outcome. Whether a property sells depends on price, location, market conditions and many other factors outside our control.

10. Third-party platforms

Google and WhatsApp are trademarks of their respective owners. 360 Property Tour is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either company. Where a tour is published to a third-party platform, that platform’s own rules and availability apply, and those can change without notice to us.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

12. Website content

We keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Pricing, availability and service details can change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
