Who we are

360 Property Tour (“we”, “us”) provides 360° virtual tour photography services for property owners, brokers and builders, operating from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. This policy applies to 360propertytour.in and to enquiries made through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business or company name, phone number, email address, city, property type, property size, the service you are interested in, your preferred date, and any message you write.

Only your name, phone number, city, property type and required service are mandatory. Everything else is optional.

Information collected automatically

Alongside your enquiry we record the page you submitted it from, the referring website, any campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and your browser’s user agent string. This tells us which of our marketing efforts actually reach people, so we are not guessing.

If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics 4 and/or Meta Pixel may set cookies and collect usage data in line with their own privacy policies. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange and carry out a shoot you have booked.
• To keep records of work carried out and payments due.
• To understand which marketing channels bring us enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to a Google Sheet held in our Google account, using Google Apps Script. Google processes and stores that data under its own terms. We keep access to that sheet restricted to people who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to respond to you and to keep proper business and tax records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we are not required to retain it, we will.

Photographs and tours of your property

Photography and 360° tours we produce of your property are covered by the terms we agree with you for that work. We will ask for your permission before using images of your property in our own portfolio or marketing, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at info360propertytour@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own for advertising or tracking. Where analytics tools are enabled, those tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
